The heat exchanger of the Quick B3 Nautic Boiler is made of 316-grade stainless steel. The tank itself is 1.5mm thick, and welded in a protected atmosphere of Argon gas, making it particularly resistant to corrosive agents.
Thermal insulation is assured by a high-density polyurethane foam with closed cells, providing better and longer-lasting thermal retention.
The heat exchanger has a capacity that is notably higher than that achieved from other manufacturers.
The heating element is made of Incoloy®, a nickel-based superalloy that has ,excellent corrison-resistance and withstands high temperatures.
The thermal insulation is high-density polyurethane foam injected between the cover and tank to give excellent heat-retention properties.
The 15L, 20L and 25L waterheaters are avaialble with either 500W or 1300W heating element, the other larger capacities are supplied with a 1300W heating element.
Casing in composite material Tank in stainless steel AISI 316
Tank mounting brackets or wall or floor-mounted are in stainless steel AISI 316 and are supplied as standard in each package.
